A big thanks to Betty Londergan for highlighting us on her popular and positive blog, WhatGives365! Betty spreads hope and incentive by highlighting an inspirational project everyday for one year. She roots for the Underdog, brings attention to folks quietly doing great things, and makes the world a better place one post at a time. What’s more, she donates $100 of her own money towards the good work she highlights daily.

During a photo excercise, Luz snapped the following self-portrait. Luz, like a lot of our students, is a fun, bubbly, smart young woman who LOVES anything with stars…hence, the pic with her star earing!
